This is a request form to attend outdoor Shabbat services at Congregation Shaare Emeth on Friday, September 17 at 6 p.m.

We are pleased to offer this opportunity for our congregational family to return to physical worship at our temple.

Masks are mandatory for indoor services, regardless of vaccination status. If you are feeling unwell or have recently come in contact with anyone who is feeling sick, we would ask that you please not attend services.
