A Whole-Hearted Shabbaton with Special Guest Rabbi Noah Diamondstein Rabbi Diamondstein is a multi-instrumentalist teacher, leader and musician. His albums include Ashira l’Adonai and My Whole Heart. The Jewish Mindfulness Center of St. Louis & Congregation Shaare Emeth 9:45 a.m. - Opening Our Hearts: A Special In-Person Mindfulness Meditation Sit Join Rabbi Goldstein for a loving-kindness practice designed to open our hearts and extend kindness to ourselves and others. No meditation experience necessary. All are welcome. 10:30 a.m. - Prayer Lab Join Lucy Greenbaum, Rabbi Goldstein, the Prayer Lab musicians, and guest leader Rabbi Noah Diamondstein for a very special Shabbat morning service combining contemporary readings, poetry, participatory music, interactive teachings, and time set aside for meditation and personal reflection. The theme for February’s service is Whole-Heartedness. 12 p.m. - Lunch ‘n Learn with Rabbi Noah Diamondstein Join the community for a Shabbat Lunch ‘n Learn as Rabbi Diamondstein leads us in a learning session featuring texts and songs on the theme Jewish Lessons for Heart and Soul. You may bring your own lunch or sign up for a delicious, boxed lunch. The cost for the boxed lunch is $18. Registration for the Lunch ‘n Learn is required. Reservations for lunch are due on February 11 by 3 p.m.
