Building Resilience in Challenging Times: A Special Let It Ripple Series to Help Cultivate the Moral Qualities of Courage, Truth, and Faith Led by Rabbi Andrea Goldstein and Eve Dyson Wednesday evenings, 7:00-8:30pm May 7, 21, and June 4 Let It Ripple classes offer participants the opportunity to engage in serious musar (ethical) study balanced by mindfulness practices in order to bring a sense of deeper meaning and personal power to daily life. This special session will focus on middot (ethical qualities) that can help us navigate the increasingly uncertain world around us. The time frame has also been extended to give us more time to harness the power of these middot in our lives. While these classes are free, registration is required. Participants must be able to attend all sessions.
