Wordways: New Paths to Mindfulness Through Language Awareness
a writing workshop with Scott Berzon
Wednesday, July 23 at 7 p.m.
Each of us holds the potential to become more mindful with a fresh awareness of the language that we use and the words that surround us each and every day. This writing workshop will examine such topics as self-talk (our inner dialogues), how we utilize words to seek greater balance, and the ways in which different words have charges and associations that may affect how we approach the world around us.
No prior writing experience necessary.
