Signs of Spring Awe Walk

Awe walks help us shift our attention from internal thoughts and concerns to the beauty of the world around us. Using the Biblical Song of Songs as inspiration, Rabbi Goldstein will lead this awe walk designed to help us awaken to the power of spring renewal. Experiences of awe have been shown to reduce anxiety and stress, as well as increase feelings of generosity and joy.
